Customer Relations & Delivery Centre - It’s how you know we’re serious about looking after you

Nothing is more important to us than your satisfaction. Sure, we’re in business, but there’s no business without satisfied customers, right?

We also take a long-term view of things. We’re into the kind of satisfaction that keeps people coming back to Lander Toyota, year after year, because they know us and trust us to look after their vehicle like no-one else will.

And that’s why we’ve got a full-time Customer Experience Manager. Her job is to try and make sure every single customer is happy with their Lander Toyota experience. Sure, it’s a big ask… but we’ve always aimed high, at Lander Toyota. It’s part of what makes us the team we are. And it’s another reason why you can relax knowing you’re in good hands each time you deal with us.

In addition to our Customer Experience Manager, we also have a full-time Delivery Co-ordinator. She looks after all the details of your car delivery, including keeping you regularly updated with your car’s progress to the dealership and making sure all accessories and options are fitted before pick-up. She’ll also ensure your car’s parked safely away from the elements, so it’s in pristine condition for handover.

This handover process all takes place in our Delivery Centre, a quiet space (with tea and coffee available, naturally) for you to check over all sale documents with your salesperson on delivery day. After all, it’s an exciting day, and we want to make it go as smoothly as possible.

Of course, it’s just part of the way we do things at Lander Toyota, where our job is to ensure the best possible experience for all our valued customers.
